MIVARE CANADA INC. (“Mivare”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through mivare.ca and mivare.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act.
Information we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. We also record that you gave consent to receive our emails, and when.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically process basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
We use your information only to send you news about Mivare — including our launch, products, early access and offers — and to respond if you contact us. We will never sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run this website and our emails: Cloudflare (website hosting) and Kit (email list management). These providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing marketing@mivare.ca.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what is needed to respect your choice and meet our legal obligations.

This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to what is necessary to operate Mivare.
